Running: Day 2

In an effort to realise my potential as a world class athlete, I’ve now been out running twice.

Thus far, I have leaned the following:

  • I can actually do this
  • I really don’t need any special equipment – just comfortable shoes
  • Take it easy for the first 5 – 10 minutes
  • Keep an eye out for surprise barking dogs
  • I may not like the excersise itself, but I feel good afterwards
  • The next time is always the hardest
